Tangential Flow Filtration System(TFF)
TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) systems are purpose-built to accommodate cassette-type or hollow fiber membrane filters. Tangential flow filtration equipment is primarily employed for processes like concentration and diafiltration, offering compatibility with filters from various well-known manufacturers. If necessary, the system can be custom-tailored to accommodate special filters. TFF filtration systems are offered in configurations with or without vessels, and they come in both fully automated and semi-automated variants.

3. Built-in CIP and SIP (Steam-in-Place) programs, which can be used with or without TFF membranes in place.
4. To facilitate continuous monitoring and control, the system is equipped with sensors for essential process parameters, such as Pressure, Temperature, Conductivity, and Flow Rate.
5. Customizable sensors like pH Sensor, UV Sensor, and Turbidity Sensors are also available for tailored monitoring needs.
6. Automatic TMP (Transmembrane Pressure) maintenance is achieved consistently through Proportionate Control Valves and the Feed pump.
7. Optimized for higher concentration levels with its tulip bottom design and a dedicated block valve on the recovery line to prevent any loss of concentrated product.
